Refund & Cancellation Policy — Mysira Labs

Mysira Labs offers digital applications and subscription-based services (StageUp and CrowdSafe). As digital services, refunds are generally not available once access is granted or services are activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment is made due to technical error.
• Service was not activated within 10 days of purchase.
• There is a verified issue from Mysira Labs' end preventing service use.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind or non-usage after activation.
• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Partial month usage of subscription services.

4. Process for Refund

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date. Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.
