Welcome to StageUp, a mobile application developed by Mysira Labs Private Limited. StageUp allows children aged 3–17 to showcase talents, upload videos, participate in competitions, and access school features.

2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using StageUp, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.

2.2 Eligibility

• Children aged 3–17 may use StageUp under parental consent.
• Parents/guardians must approve the child’s account.
• Schools/institutions may onboard students.

2.3 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Upload only appropriate content.
• Follow community rules.
• Respect other users.
• Not misuse competitions or features.

2.4 Allowed & Prohibited Content

Allowed:

• Talent videos (dance, singing, art, sports)
• Creative or educational content

Prohibited:

• Violence, nudity, vulgarity
• Hate speech, bullying
• Dangerous acts
• Copyright violations

2.5 Competitions

• Likes
• Comments
• AI scoring
• Manual judging

2.6 School Features

• Announcements
• School-level contests
• Content moderation

2.7 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations or unsafe behavior.

2.8 Intellectual Property

• Users own their uploaded content.
• StageUp receives permission to host and display the content.

2.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law (Bengaluru jurisdiction).

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data We Collect

Basic Data:

• Name
• Age / DOB
• Email
• Phone
• Parent’s email/phone
• Profile photo

Activity Data:

• Uploaded videos
• Likes/comments
• Gameplay scores
• School data (optional)

Not Collected: Location, GPS, device ID, contacts.

3.2 Purpose of Data Use

• Account creation
• Video uploads & talent showcasing
• Competitions & badges
• Game scoring
• Moderation & safety
• School features

3.3 Children’s Data

All accounts of minors require parental consent. Parents manage all activity and permissions.

3.4 Ads (Google AdMob)

• Only Non-Personalized Ads are shown
• No behavioral tracking
• No targeted ads

3.5 Data Sharing

We do not sell data. Limited sharing includes:

• Cloud storage
• Moderation tools
• Schools (for school features only)

3.6 Data Deletion

Parents can request data deletion anytime by emailing: info@mysiralabs.com.

4. Children’s Data & Parental Consent Policy

4.1 Parental Consent

Every child’s account must be validated by a parent or guardian.

4.2 Safety Rules

• No private chat
• No exchanging numbers
• Strict moderation
• No personalized ads

4.3 Withdrawal of Consent

Parents may withdraw consent anytime, leading to permanent deletion of the child’s account.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General

StageUp currently offers digital applications and subscription-based services. As digital services, refunds are generally not available once access is granted or services are activated.

5.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment is made due to technical error.
• Service was not activated within 5 days of purchase.
• There is a verified issue from Mysira Labs' end preventing service use.

5.3 Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind or non-usage after activation.
• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Partial month usage of subscription services.

5.4 Process for Refund

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification. For any concerns, write to info@mysiralabs.com with payment proof.
